Jet Black Ride Inc ("we") provides car service in Huntington Beach and Southern California. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you book with us and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, and any notes you add.
• Payment card: your card is entered into a secure form run by Square, our payment provider. Your full card number goes directly to Square and is never stored by us.

How we use it

• To quote, confirm, and carry out your ride.
• To contact you about your trip, such as confirmations, reminders, or flight changes.
• To send your invoice and receipt, and to charge your card for completed trips or under our cancellation policy.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to provide your ride:

• Square, for payments, invoices, and appointment scheduling.
• Google Maps, to look up addresses and calculate routes.
• Our email service, to send booking confirmations.
• A trusted partner driver, if your trip is assigned to one. They receive the details needed to complete your ride.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep trip and contact records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet business and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop sending you messages. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
